The use of search engine optimisation (SEO) services from Fiverivers constitutes agreement to the following terms.
- The client is aware of Fiverivers skill set and the projects assigned leverage these skills only.
- In case there is a mismatch in skills, or new/additional skills are required, the client shall communicate the same to Fiverivers and action will be taken based on mutual consent and a revised agreement in writing.
- Fiverivers SEO team will perform keyword research on behalf of the client to determine the best possible key phrases pertaining to the client’s area of business.
- It is impossible to guarantee a specific ranking for a keyword in any search engine, since the search engines modify their results algorithms regularly; it may leave many optimisation exercises done redundant over a period of time.

Depending on the competitiveness of a keyword, it is possible that anywhere from a handful of search results to over a million search results are returned for such a keyword search/query. Of these many results, many website actively optimise their pages as an ongoing process, in an attempt to get to a higher position/retain their current position.
- Our experience shows that high rankings and top search results positions for many key phrases are achievable by devoting adequate time, resources and skill to achieving and maintaining high rankings, PR, indexing, links etc. The work that we carry out for you will be detailed with advance expectations set forth and confirmed by you, before they are implemented by us.
- Fiverivers does not offer a guarantee on how much traffic you will receive on indexed keywords.
- On agreement of the package and final key phrases, the client agrees to give Fiverivers full FTP access to their web-server. This is so that Fiverivers can make necessary changes and updates to the client’s website in a timely manner, without having to constantly go back and forth to the client.
- Sites requiring re-design or structural changes will be billed separately for these services, as approved by Fiverivers.
- Generally, after a few weeks the results of our first SEO implementations will become visible/indexed in search engines, but Fiverivers cannot offer a 100% guarantee for indexing all of your web pages and website URLs.
- Our customers may stop using our SEO services at anytime. However Fiverivers does not offer a money back policy. This is because we work very hard for our customers - SEO is a very time consuming job and good SEO employees are very expensive.
- For Pay Per Click advertising, clients will be responsible for paying Google, Yahoo or Bing (MSN) fees. We will set up PPC account and monitor your project account only.
- Fiverivers reserves the right to refuse to work for a client for whatever reason.
- Fiverivers reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
